I started to build luggage racks for cycling tourism 15 years ago

Shaping round rods when hot, then testing them on more than 25000 km of cycling tourism round Europe…

Today, with the brand BAC (bicycles Alfonso Cantafora), I offer them again, to a public of enthusiasts of cycling tourism by bike and not only them, a redesigned version for small crafted series, lightweight and simple like the  prototype versions; made up of modular elements, adaptable to the geometries of many frames on the market.

The machine offers a wide range of production possibilities, from simple turning to the complete and totally automatic fabrication of a part in a single tightening; in an extremely precise way.

A firm specialized in making dies for shearing, casting and bending, in particular sheet metal or tubes:

Special bending: sheet metal and tube

Dies, of which one per tube; the S sleeve is curved in a die which has been made especially for this function.
